I’ve lost my password

If you’ve lost your account password, don’t worry, the procedure for creating a new one is very simple.

Click on the “Login/Register” button at the top of every page.

Then click on Lost password?

You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address

You will then receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.

Please note that the email you receive will not contain a password, but a link you must click on.
You will then be redirected to a page where you must enter a new personal password of your choice.
