Important notes:

• If your order includes products with an advertised lead time (e.g. “Usually ships within 10-20 days”), it will be shipped once all products have been received at our warehouse, within the advertised lead time. If you wish to receive products marked “In stock” earlier, you must place separate orders.
• The delivery times indicated with regard to the carrier (e.g. 24 to 48 hours) only concern the transport part once your order has been dispatched.
• If your order includes bulky products (Tatamis, Tapping Mannequins, etc.), we may send you a quote for shipping costs as soon as we know the exact costs.
