Kimono Karate Tokaido Kumite Master – WKF

The Tokaido Kumite Master is a lightweight karate-gi made from cotton and polyester. It dries very quickly thanks to the new Ultimate Dry weave used by Tokaido. This karategi has a Kumite cut and is WKF-approved, making it very popular, especially among top-level athletes.

The Kumite Master is an excellent choice for professional karatekas, but will suit all karatekas looking for a lightweight, breathable karategi that’s comfortable to wear. Even under heavy perspiration, the fabric doesn’t stick to the skin and remains opaque.

Despite its light 8-oz weight, this karate chop is robust. The risk of tearing when pulling is particularly low.

The Tokaido logo is embroidered on the right breast of the jacket. The pants feature an elastic waistband and lacing system.

Developed with the pre-shrink procedure Tokaido, the Kumite Master shrinks very little in the wash. So there’s no need to take it too big.

This kimono is also available in a Premiere League version, with colored embroidery on the shoulders.

How to choose your size

As this kimono has a low shrinkage rate, we recommend choosing it no more than 5cm above your waist.
