Je suis mécontent de vôtre service brodage qui a pris 3 semaines de plus que le délai prévu de 2 semaines ( donc 5 semaines).trop long…

  Bonjour
  Nous sommes sincèrement désolé du délai d’attente, notre brodeuse ayant une panne technique n’ayant pas pu réaliser toutes les broderies à temps.
  Toutes les commandes à broder ont eu du retard et nous nous en excusons.
  Il y a eu un gros volume de travail dès que ça a été réparé d’où le retard.
