Karate-Gi Hirota TSUBASA Ultra Light-Weight – Kumite, a featherweight karate-gi specially developed for top-level kumite competitors.

Ultralight thanks to a new type of material designed for ultra-fast, ultra-mobile kumite. Hirota has designed this Karategi to surpass any ultra-light Karategi to equip the Japanese national team with the best Kimonos. Using the latest technology, they have woven the material with an inner surface that reduces adherence to the skin.

Material composed of 95% polyester + 5% elastane, allowing about 5% stretch for greater mobility.

Usually ships within 21-30 days

Several options are available:

1. Slim Type model (no options to add): The basic model is slim-fit with a closer fit and high-waisted pants.
2. Made-to-measure model (Made-to-measure option) (2-3 months lead time): Your Karategi entirely tailored by hand for a perfect fit (please note that if you choose this option, the cut is classic (not slim fit) and without the high-waisted pants (but you can add them as an option).
3. Hirota logo: Whether you choose the “Slim Type” or “Made-to-measure” model, you can add embroidered Hirota logos on the right breast and nape of the neck.

Size correspondence: Karate-gi sizes correspond to the highest value in the table Hirota. For example, Karate-gi size 170 corresponds to Karate-gi size 4.5 / 165-170 cm. Hirota

It’s best to choose a karate-gi that’s your size, or about 5 centimetres (maximum) longer than your waist (note that this karate-gi hardly shrinks at all).

• For a loose fit, 1/2 size above your height.
