Size correspondence: Karate-gi sizes correspond to the highest value in the table Hirota. For example, size 170 on Karate-gi corresponds to size 4.5 / 165-170 cm at Hirota

It’s best to choose a karate-gi about 5 centimetres longer than your waist.

• Close to the body: Waist = your height
• Ample: 1/2 size above your height
• Very large: 1 size larger or more
