Connectez-vous pour actualiser votre adresseA licensed competitor with SIK Paris, Antoine Pinardin began practicing karate at the age of 6 with the Karaté Club Bourguignon, or KCB, in Fontaine lès Dijon. Now a 3rd dan, he trains in traditional karate with Hervé Delage alongside his sports season. He has also trained on numerous occasions with Jean-Pierre Lavorato.
It was only at the age of 17 that Antoine discovered the world of competition, thanks to his meeting with Mohamed Akcha, then regional coach, who has now been following him for seven years. Under his tutelage, he was able to achieve a number of national podiums: four times university champion of France, winner of the Open Adidas, finalist in the Coupe de France Espoirs…
The karateka has also been training for several years in Chevigny St Sauveur with Franck Picard.

At the age of 24, Antoine Pinardin is now a member of Sporting International Karate or SIK Paris, where he trains with Serge Chouraqui. The champion is aiming for international victories, and his next target is the Open Serie A in Chile at the end of September. He travels several times a week between Paris and Dijon, so as to be able to train on a daily basis and achieve his future goals.
Antoine Pinardin is also a qualified instructor, and for a number of years has been giving courses and workshops in various Côte d’Or clubs and for CDK21, where he occasionally trains athletes from my region. He has also had the opportunity to intervene in various contexts, notably for people with Down’s syndrome.
Since this year 2019, Antoine a partnership with karate-gi.fr, which allows him to invest in his sports projects in the best conditions, due to the diversity and quality of sports equipment that we offer.
In October 2019, he was the winner of the Open Adidas.


Alongside his karate practice, he has a master’s degree in mathematics, and aims to continue in research.
“Reconciling these two career paths is as exciting as it is demanding, but practicing karate competitively has given me determination, and constantly pushes me to seek out new challenges,” he asserts with determination.
