Alizée Agier is a member of the French team.

One of the best karatekas in France today, and a member of the French national team, Alizée is above all a passionate enthusiast.

“Karate is not just about competition, even if that takes up most of my time. It’s a martial art that has enabled me to develop, gain self-confidence and evolve by following the moral code and values it inculcates. It’s also a passion that I share with my family and friends, but also with all the practitioners I meet when I have the opportunity to run training courses or take part in competitions”, she testifies.

For Alizée, practicing karate is an opportunity to pass on her vision of the sport, combining the competitive and traditional aspects that she considers inseparable.

“Because before becoming athletes, we all followed the basics of Karate, enabling us to acquire a certain technique that we are constantly seeking to perfect,” she continues.
