KO Italia ‘s ELEGANT KATA karate-gi is a 100% cotton professional karate-gi specially designed for kata competitors. Its thick, heavy 400g/m2 fabric gives an impressive snapping effect to your movements. WKF-approved, it is worn by a large number of European champions.

The KO Italia ELEGANT KATA is entirely handmade in Italy. Its thick, brushed, sanforized fabric, characteristic of Milan, adds softness and reduces shrinkage.

This karatégi has a traditional Japanese kata cut (long jacket, short sleeves and short pants). The pants feature a wide, adjustable elastic band (more comfortable than traditional drawstring lacing).

How to choose your size

It’s best to choose a karate-gi about 5 centimetres longer than your waist.

• Close to the body: Waist = your height
• Ample: 1/2 size above your height
• Very large: 1 size up
