How to choose your size

It’s advisable to choose a karate-gi about 5 centimetres longer than your waist (for a “normal” build, if you’re very thin or very big, go up or down 1 size).

• Close to the body: Waist = your height
• Ample: 1/2 size above your height
• Very large (Kata competition) 1 size larger or more
