IMPORTANT notes

1. If your order includes products with a stated lead time (e.g. “Ships within 1-2 weeks”), your order will only be shipped once we have received all the products in your order at our warehouse.
   If there are products marked “In stock” in your order and you would like them to be shipped separately first, you will need to place separate orders.
2. The delivery times given for means of transport are the delivery times once your parcel has left our premises. These delivery times are average values (most often observed) and cannot be considered contractual.
3. For delivery to a parcel relay (Mondial Relay or Chrono-Relais), please ensure that the relay you select is open.
4. Please note that for bulky products (Tatamis, Punching dummies, …) delivery charges will be added at a later date. We’ll send you a quote, and you can always cancel your order if these charges seem too high.
