The SMAI Children’s Helmet is a head protection specially designed for young karate practitioners engaged in kumite. Approved by the World KarateFederation (WKF) and conforming to CE standards, this helmet is mandatory for official WKF competitions for under-14s. It offers an optimum level of impact absorption on the sides, top, front and back of the head, reducing the force of shocks during sparring. Its robust, comfortable design makes it suitable for both everyday training and international competition.

Made from molded NBR foam rubber with a PVC coating, this SMAI Children’s Helmet features a transparent Plexiglas face mask, providing complete facial protection without compromising visibility. Additional ear protection and side and top vents ensure a balance between safety and air circulation. Velcro fasteners ensure a fast, secure fit, adapting easily to different head sizes.
